Human Resources Officer
This role involves supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, including managing the HRIS system, ensuring employee record compliance, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and other processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Assist with HR projects and reporting.
* Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with employment checks.
* Deliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Collect and present data in reports as required.
* Offer general project support to all team members.

Requirements:
* Certificate in Office Administration (essential); Human Resources qualification (advantageous).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience in administration, preferably within HR or recruitment.
* Service delivery mindset with a commitment to supporting others.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
