About the RoleIf you attend a therapy session anywhere in the world today, there's a good chance your therapist will introduce you to Insight Timer to support your journey. Last year alone, nearly one million people began using Insight Timer at their therapist's recommendation.
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own and scale our therapists hub - the platform that connects mental health professionals with the tools they need to support their clients.
You'll own the entire roadmap for our therapist platform, driving both supply-side growth and maximizing therapist engagement. Today, 25,000 mental health professionals actively advocate for our free wellbeing tools. By understanding their workflows and building products that integrate seamlessly into their practice, you'll enable them to support even more clients with Insight Timer, whilst expanding the network from 25,000 to 500,000 therapists worldwide.
About Insight TimerImagine a platform which could amplify something as simple as your attendance into deep transformational shifts for humanity. A place where showing up was enough. Where each individual visit combined with millions more to trigger huge waves of health and happiness around the world. What would such a platform look like? Could you even build it? And more importantly, how would you protect it from becoming another Instagram, TikTok or Twitter which magnify the very worst of us.
If we can answer these questions, we believe Insight Timer's community will emerge as one of the most important companies of the 21st century. A place - not a product - which is capable of reversing the modern day health pandemic by harmonising the human spirit before problems arise. And if we get there... well, the opportunities are endless. Imagine a modern-day renaissance where health, belonging and purpose become the new definitions of happiness for hundreds of millions of people around the world, including you.
And all you need to do... is show up.
