Service line: Advisory Segment
About The Role
* Day to day administrative support to team of agents
* Manage 6 weekly auction program from end to end, including vendor set up, campaign marketing, contract management, and auction day event planning
* Draft and respond to correspondence, including reports and submissions
* Diary and email management
* Complete expense reimbursements for the team
* Marketing and operations management of campaigns (high volume)
* Management of CRM – contact management, update opportunities and pipeline
* Database management of incoming enquiries
* Team administration including maintaining and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
* Co-ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
* Travel bookings as required (domestic)
* Organise client events and client engagement initiatives
About You
* Prior experience working within a related role; commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face‑to‑face presentation skills
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
* Career‑mindful, client‑focused and rapport‑building mindset
