We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Sydney for an Associate to join their Restructuring & Insolvency team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Sydney, working on complex contentious and non-contentious matters. They will advise a broad range of clients, including lenders, investors, directors and creditors, on restructuring, recapitalisation and insolvency issues, and supporting high-profile and cross-border engagements.
They will be involved in managing distressed situations, corporate disputes, and debt recovery matters, working across a variety of sectors and client types, from large corporates to SMEs and not-for-profits.
* 2+ years' PQE;
* Restructuring and insolvency law experience;
* Technically excellent;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Team player;
* Ability to use own initiative;
