Our client is an international law firm currently that is currently looking for a systems analyst to assist with an ongoing ERP upgrade (Elite 3E).

Our client is an international law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services. They have a diverse team of experienced attorneys and legal professionals who specialise in various areas of law.
The firm is committed to staying at the forefront of the legal industry and is currently implementing the latest technology to improve their operations and better serve their clients. The business is currently hiring a talented Systems Analyst to assist with the upgrade of its ERP system (Elite 3E), for a 12-month time-frame with a view to permanent.
As they have offices in Melbourne as well as in Sydney, location is flexible. This individual will be part of an international project team and will work closely with stakeholders in Finance, IT and Operations.
**The Role**
You will join a larger and international project team and locally you will be reporting to the CFO.
Elite 3E has been newly implemented implemented and there is an ongoing need for training, improvement and ensuring that time allocation and billing processes are done correctly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being the go-to person for Elite 3E queries and ongoing questions and errors
- Working together with finance and practice managers to ensure that time tracking & billing is happening correctly
- Training of end users
- Working with the finance department in ensuring that finance processes are translated correctly in the system
- Understanding and managing process flows in the system and ensuring everything has transferred correctly from the previous system
- Gathering and documenting new business requirements
- Work with legal teams to ensure that their needs are met and the system is configured to their specifications
- Act as a liaison between the legal teams, finance and the IT department to ensure that the system changes happen correctly
- Establishing Systems Administrator tasks such as: Configurations, customisations, saved searches, etc.
- Provide ongoing support to legal teams to ensure they are able to fully utilise the system
- Managing the data focusing on general ledger and operational data
- Ad-hoc tasks and queries related to Elite 3E
This is a role which will allow an individual to put their project, technical and business partnering skills to the test in a dynamic project environment. This is an opportunity for either an experienced Systems Analyst or for someone more junior who is willing to invest in their development under the guidance of the CFO and project team.

- Good knowledge of Elite 3E ERP system
- Prior experience as an Analyst
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to learn
