As a Social Activities Coordinator, you will work with the Wellbeing Manager to curate a tailored calendar of social events and experiences that appeal to residents' mental health and quality of life. Your tasks will include delivering social events, assisting the care team with the delivery of social activities, supporting the orientation and training of volunteers, developing relationships with volunteers to attend and/or host social events, and supporting community engagement, social impact, and sustainability initiatives. You will build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Required skills and qualifications: Tertiary qualification in event management (desirable), Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) or relevant qualification (desirable). Experience in event delivery and activities, aged care (desirable). Event coordinator or team engagement experience. Note: All applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
