Position Type: Part-Time (4 days per week across 2 locations – additional hours available) at Stepney location and Full-time at Mount Barker Location
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our friendly team at two of our Eastern Suburb located practices – All-on-4 Clinic in Stepney and General Dental Clinic in Kensington Park.
This is a role that is 2 days at Stepney and 2 days at Kensington Park.
An additional role is available at Mount Barker, in a full time capacity as well as positions in our Casual Pool.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Dentists and Oral Health Therapists during a variety of procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sterilised and ready
Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments
Take and process dental radiographs as required
Follow instrument sterilisation and infection control protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes
Coordinate with reception to ensure smooth patient flow
Support patients with post-treatment instructions and care advice
Take clinical photos of patients

The Dental Assistant will be provided with on-the-job training – no previous experience in implants is required.
