About The Role...We are seeking applicationsfrom an experienced Housekeeper, with experience cleaning public areas.We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a passion for motivating a team and take pride in their work.Key Responsibilities IncludeService and clean hotel rooms for check-in and outsMaintain and clean the public areas of the hotelEnsure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standardCheck supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys ensuring that at all times they are fully stocked and neatly presented for use in a guest areaCheck constantly for room status discrepancies and reports to Housekeeping Department and Front Office immediately.Keeps things in best condition by directing work and suggesting the necessary replacement of equipmentDrive productivityAbout You...To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:Minimum 1 years working within a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel is advantageousExperience with cleaning the public areas of a venueA keen eye for detail and the ability to recognise reoccurring cleaning issuesProfessional manner and exceptional customer service skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsA friendly and positive attitudeAbility to think on your feet and quickly resolve issuesIf you meet the above criteria and you're interested in contributing to an organisation that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from you
