We're seeking a Shared Services Manager to lead a small team (two direct reports) and take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations that keep our FMCG business running smoothly. This role will give you exposure across the breadth of finance; from payroll and AP/AR to cashflow forecasting and banking, while working closely with our Head of Finance.
This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.
What some of your day-to-day responsibilities will look like
* Manage cashflow forecasting and provide clear insights to leadership
* Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency
* Manage all Trade related loans across the group
* Manage end to end payroll across AU & NZ
* Lead and mentor a small shared services team (2 direct reports)
* Drive continuous improvement across finance administration to support our growth
Your vibe
Must have minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG
* Confident managing AP, AR and payroll, with experience across AU & NZ
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Navision, Blueshift & HRIS experience a plus
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
* Communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels
* Self-motivated and ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team
* Bring an agile approach for effective problem solving
