Penrith + WFH (hybrid)
Pay Rate:
$42 per hour + Super
Assignment Duration:
Anticipated until 13th Feb **** with potential to extend
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
As the HR Advisor – Change, you will support the successful implementation of organisational change across multiple departments. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to ensure changes are communicated, understood, and effectively embedded.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the delivery of change management activities including restructures, job and role changes, staff transfers, re-gradings, and reporting line changes.
Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff relating to organisational change.
Assisting with planning, consultation, documentation, and implementation processes.
Partnering with leaders to build capability and ensure consistent application of change processes.
Ensuring all activities align with relevant legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
About You
You'll be a confident HR Advisor or Change-focused HR professional who enjoys navigating complex environments. You bring:
Experience supporting organisational change initiatives (preferably in a government or large, complex organisation).
Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
The ability to work in an environment with multiple concurrent projects.
A proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused approach.
