About the Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer / Content Creator plays a key role in enhancing the Club's visibility, brand presence, and member engagement through a wide range of marketing and promotional activities. This hands-on role works closely with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver consistent, high-quality, and impactful content aligned with the Club's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design high-quality creative assets across both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, posters, flyers, signage, menus, and promotional collateral.
* Create animated content such as motion graphics, short animations, and transitions for digital screens and social media channels.
* Design, update, and manage digital blade and digital signage content with clear and engaging messaging.
* Produce short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and promotional videos
* Edit video content (short and long form) and undertake basic sound editing as required.
* Confidently appear on camera to assist with filming, hosting, or participating in video content and social media reels.
* Contribute to content ideation by identifying creative concepts, trends, and opportunities — not limited to execution only.
* Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and emerging trends.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver time-sensitive and campaign-driven content.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and events.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
* Willingness to be hands-on at events, assisting with live content capture (photos, videos, stories).
* Availability to work weekends when required, particularly for events and live content capture.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
* Proven experience in marketing and promotional activities.
* Experience in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress (highly desirable).
* Demonstrated graphic design experience, with applicants required to provide examples of previously created design work.
* Strong understanding of promotional games and activities within the club or similar environment.
* Intermediate experience across digital, social media platforms and design software.
* Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
