Reliability Engineering Role
The successful Reliability Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, efficient and continuous operations at our production site.
* Asset Performance Optimization: Develop reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategies, monitor equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
* Maintenance Best Practices: Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve work processes, reduce maintenance costs and establish condition monitoring programs for proactive asset management.
* Reliability Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate reliability metrics and report trends using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and equipment history.
* Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, sustainability, train operators and maintenance staff on best practices, and benchmark reliability performance against industry standards.
