Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
* Motivate a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training and support as needed.
* Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
* Collaborate with project managers, designers and clients to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain exceptional standards of workmanship.
Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in landscape construction, preferably with a proven leadership role.
* Knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical drawings.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

About the role:
* This is a Landscape Construction Trade Assistant/ Leading Hand role
* This role involves Landscape Construction skills - duties are varied and include preparing of work site, paving, decking, planting, mulching, turf work, operating irrigation watering systems and more.
* Experience in the use of a range of Landscape Construction tools, plant and equipment is essential
* Hands-on role, daily communication, basic admin tasks, WHS, coordinating with other staff members
* Must be willing to travel from the Central Coast to Sydney job sites
* Work within a small team and run Landscape Construction jobs
* Ideally you would have Cert III in Landscape Construction
* Well experienced Landscape Construction labourers encouraged to apply
