The Role The Reception Services Supervisor is responsible for implementing service delivery in accordance with the Privacy Act 2000 (Vic), the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006, and the Clients Charter. This role involves planning and executing new service delivery models. The ideal candidate is solution-focused, passionate about quality service delivery to clients and staff, experienced in training and project management, and eager to develop these skills in a supportive environment. This position involves collaborating across the Area and Division to enhance client services, establishing client-focused protocols, systems, and training, and working with senior leadership to ensure administrative support aligns with the area's needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve office processes and maintain corporate information systems for records, finances, fleet, client payments, and ministerial correspondence. Support a small team by leading, role modeling, and fostering staff development, resolving operational issues.
