Private Credit Analyst - Property Development
Roundtree Search has partnered with a leading fund manager with access to both institutional and private capital. With a Sydney HQ, they are well known for speedy transactions across development and construction finance.
The role of Investment Analyst will report into the General Manager of Development Finance, managing transactions from origination, credit, due diligence, construction management all the way through to Exit / Portfolio reporting.
Working closely with senior credit and origination professionals, you'll assess and structure loans for residential, commercial, industrial and land subdivision projects up to $50m.
The role suits a driven personality with 1–2 years' experience in banking, private credit, or real estate finance / real estate analytics. You must be able to demonstrate solid financial modelling and feasibility skills, commercial acumen, and the confidence to engage with developers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
