We're looking for our next group of Customer Service Consultants to join our Devonport Store.

Hours of Work
Working hours for our Call Centres are Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm
Working hours for our stores are Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:06pm
The occasional Saturday shift between 9:00am to 2:00pm (approx. every 6 weeks)
Training
On commencement, successful applicants will undertake comprehensive training that is held in a collaborative, classroom-style setting. The training is required to be completed in a full-time capacity and provides you with the knowledge and tools to deliver excellent outcomes for our members.

Application process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in the following interview process. Specific dates and times will be allocated and communicated to each candidate:
Online video interview (30 December **** and 7 January ****).
Half-day assessment session, including group activities and panel interviews (13 and 14 January ****).

Reference checking and a national police check will be undertaken for those candidates who successfully progress through the above stages.
RACT utilises several tools, which may include AI, to assist with our shortlisting process.
