You've seen the headlines. You've heard the hype. The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we're preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we're building strong teams now to lead the change.

Treendale is part of that journey, and we're looking for a hands‑on Assistant Manager to help drive it forward.

In this role, you'll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You'll be actively involved in day‑to‑day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service while helping build a team that's ready to deliver great results and embrace what's ahead.


What you'll be doing:

* Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement.
* Take a hands‑on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets.
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered.
* Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results‑driven culture.


What you bring:

* Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
* A proactive, hands‑on approach to store operations and team support.
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
* A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence.
* A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences.
