About the Role
Aramex Coffs Harbour has an exciting opportunity for a Courier Driver (Contractor) to join our team. As a contract courier driver, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and packages throughout the local area. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong customer service focus and reliable transportation.
Key responsibilities include:
Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver parcels and packages to customers
Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers as needed
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Adhere to all road rules and safety regulations
Assist with loading and unloading the delivery van as required
To be successful in this role:
A current unrestricted driver's licence and mid to large van (required)
Personal ACN and insurances (required)
Full working rights in Australia
A current Police check (or willing to obtain one)
Availability to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Knowledge of the local area
Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar delivery role
