Senior Project Manager – Agentic AISurry Hills9-month initial contract
Hybrid working
We're looking for a senior, commercially and technically savvy Project Manager to join our Technology, Data & Digital division, reporting to the Program Manager for consumer and commercial technology (CCT) initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of technology delivery and play a pivotal role in shaping the next-generation AI-enabled sales and campaign platform that will transform how our commercial and client-facing teams operate.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology streams, including AI agents, integrations, and platform enhancements. You'll ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure, streamlining the client brief-to-campaign lifecycle and directly influencing executive-level decisions, integration strategies, and long-term platform design. This is a high-impact role where your technical judgement and project leadership will make a real difference, and your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights will guide senior stakeholders in shaping the future of our business.
What's the role?
* Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Project Butterfly, driving AI-enabled sales and campaign automation across multiple platforms and integrations.
* Own detailed technology project plans, risk management, dependencies, and change control for complex AI, integration, and platform streams.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business-side delivery leads, architects, engineers, QA, and vendors to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
* Ensure alignment with technical governance, non-functional requirements (performance, security, observability), and AI guardrails.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders, supporting executive decision-making and program outcomes.
Who are you?
* 6–8+ years' experience successfully delivering digital/technology programs within a complex environment covering scope, scheduling, and budget control.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, including architects, engineers, QA, platform, and vendors, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, risk/dependency management, vendor coordination, change control, and stage-gate governance.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex technical topics into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Self-starter with strong prioritisation, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.
