We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Engineer to excel in sales of commercial HVAC products or services. The successful candidate will achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic promotion and sale of our offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the HVAC field, a solid grasp of mechanical engineering principles, and a proven track record of developing effective sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
* Implementing sales strategies as directed by senior management
* Active participation in new product launches and pilot projects
* Providing comprehensive HVAC system solutions and promoting our capabilities and extensive product range
* Nurturing strong relationships with clients
* Identifying market opportunities and aggressively targeting underpenetrated areas
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and participating in internal team meetings
* Collaborating with Sales Support teams to ensure client expectations are met
* At least 8 years of experience in the HVAC field
* Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
* In-depth knowledge of the HVAC market and a substantial network/client base
* Proven experience in developing and implementing sales plans
* Ability to develop solution/product sales strategies
* Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Strong resilience
* Proficiency in CRM systems
* Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
