Are you a compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking for a permanent role where your skills, voice and dedication truly matter?
At Glenview Community Services, we're seeking passionate EN's to join our supportive team at our Windsor Street Facility and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Glenview, you'll be at the heart of our care model, working closely with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to support clinical excellence and emotional wellbeing.
You'll be supported by experienced Registered Nurses, Managers, and a structured training framework, with opportunities to:
* Contribute to service delivery through team meetings and portfolio roles
* Grow professionally through ongoing learning and CPD
* Be part of a collaborative, values-driven workplace
About You
You'll bring:
* A Diploma of Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration and practising certificate
* A passion for delivering high-quality care in an aged care environment
* Minimum of 12 months experience as an EN
You'll also demonstrate:
* Strong clinical skills and sound judgement
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
* A team-focused approach and positive communication style
* A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
Satisfactory National Police Check
AHPRA registration with no practice limitations
Working with Vulnerable People Registration with NDIS endorsement
Eligibility to work in Australia
Previous aged care experience and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards are highly regarded but not essential.
