I am looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who would be available to deliver a live medical centre refurbishment in Gladstone. This project will be undertaken in an operational environment, requiring strong planning, stakeholder coordination, and a high standard of safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of site activities, subcontractors, and trades
Delivery of works to programme, budget, and quality standards
Managing refurb works within a live medical environment
Ensure full WHS compliance, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and SWMS
Coordination of inspections, approvals, and authority sign offs
Liaison with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
Quality assurance, defect management, and handover coordination
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or fit out projects
Experience working in live environments, ideally medical or healthcare
Strong knowledge of WHS and site compliance requirements
Ability to manage tight programmes and staged handovers
Excellent communication and subcontractor coordination skills
PROCORE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Contract role with competitive daily rate
Flights / travel / accomodation payable if required
Potential to move onto the next project pending location
