The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting key financial operations, reporting, and analysis functions across the business. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making Assist in the preparation of BAS, FBT, and other regulatory reporting Contribute to process improvement initiatives and systems optimisation About You Part-qualified CPA or CA (currently progressing through the program) Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or relevant discipline 3 years of experience in a commercial or corporate accounting role Strong Excel skills and proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto, or similar) Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Clear communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset Full Australian working rights If you're seeking the next step in your career and are ready to join a driven and high performing finance team apply today.
