LCI is seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Officer to join our National HR team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, self‑driven HR or Business graduate to develop strong HR administration skills and launch a successful career in Human Resources.

In March 2025, LCI proudly became part of the global, employee-owned Artelia Group, extending our presence worldwide Internationally, the Group carries out projects in more than 100 countries and has offices in 40 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

This newly created role is designed to support the National HR team and will evolve alongside the organisation. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of HR and contribute to the department's growth and effectiveness. In this position, you'll work closely with the National HR Leader, National HR Support, and internal stakeholders, assisting with day-to-day HR administration while learning how people processes operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

* Manage the end-to-end administration across the employee life cycle including the coordination of onboarding for new starters, transfer of current employees within the business, off-boarding for employees exiting the business, and all general letter creation and correspondence management.
* Maintaining and updating our HR system and employee files.
* Assist with delivering employee inductions and training presentations to staff.
* Management of the HR inbox and actioning requests as required.
* Assist with recruitment activities including short-listing candidates, scheduling interviews and organising pre employment checks.
* Preparation of Letters of Offer and Employment contracts and issuing as required.
* Supporting performance processes, position descriptions and staff annual reviews.
* Assisting with dispute resolution and handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
* Contributing to culture initiatives, staff engagement activities, and internal events.
* Conducting regular staff check-ins to capture feedback, identify issues early, and support career pathways.
* Assist with the onboarding process confirming first day details and probation review process.
* Conducting exit surveys.
* Maintain register of staff qualifications and professional registrations.
* Alternate contact for staff needing support.
* Assisting with the people & culture change.
* Supporting Directors and Senior Management with performance reviews, performance management and grievances.

Ideal Skills and Experience

* Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related subject.
* Previous experience in an HR administration or generalist role, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations will be highly regarded.
* Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience with a HRIS is a plus.
* Previous experience in systems management and administration is highly desirable.
* Friendly and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer-focused mindset.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
* Discreet, professional and comfortable working with confidential information.
