* Confident creating content, posting, engaging, and analysing performance across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
* A strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills
* Handles competing priorities with confidence, composure, and a can‐do mindset
* Experienced in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Craft CMS, and WordPress
* Takes pride in their work and consistently delivers high-quality results
What You'll Be Doing:
* Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and community engagement
* Update our website and support broader marketing initiatives
* Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and customer documentation
* Manage marketing and sales data, records, and reporting to support business performance
* Respond to customer queries with confidence and professionalism
* Prepare polished marketing materials, presentations, and product information
* Keep admin tasks running smoothly and efficiently
* Bring fresh ideas, energy, and continuous improvement to the team
