Who They're Looking For
They're seeking a Queensland-admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement) who has:
* Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters
* Proficiency using PEXA for property transactions
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* A commitment to delivering high-quality client service
* The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
* Review and provide advice on Contracts of Sale
* Guide clients through the property transaction process with professionalism and care
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and referral partners
* Contribute to the continued development and refinement of property workflows and processes
Desired Skills and Experience
* Queensland-admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement), ideally with or approaching unrestricted status.
* Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law
* Proficiency in PEXA
* Strong client service focus and ability to work effectively under pressure
* Openness to using technology and process innovation to enhance efficiency
