About the Role
* This is a generalist HR position that involves supporting employees and managers with various HR enquiries, tasks and responsibilities.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts and formal documentation, as well as liaising with managers and key stakeholders.
* They will also enter and maintain employee data in our payroll and HRIS systems.
* In addition, this role will involve leading and coordinating complaint and issue investigations, ensuring a fair and legal process is followed.
* The ideal candidate will have active involvement and mentoring in disciplinary matters and performance management.
Key aspects of the job include maintaining electronic personnel files, documentation and onboarding preparations.
