A bit about your roleWe have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior UX Design Lead, reporting to the Executive Manager, Digital Customer Experience.
The Senior UX Design Lead is responsible for creating user-centered design solutions for digital products, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end UX design across project lifecycles, stakeholder collaboration, research and user testing, process optimization, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
A bit about youThe ideal candidate will have extensive UX design experience, particularly in digital and end-to-end experience design, with strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in applying design methodologies.
Experience in translating complex business requirements into design solutions, designing large-scale websites, web, and mobile apps is essential.
Familiarity with B2B2C environments, SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
Necessary skills include knowledge of front-end development, design languages, digital best practices, and proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Suite, Figma, and Google Analytics.
Strong communication, influencing, planning, and organizational skills are also required.
