The Recruitment Administrator role is part of our People, Culture & Governance (PC&G) team and will provide support across BMSA and Otraco recruitment– assisting nationally across our WA, NSW and QLD operations. The role will have a strong administrative focus with duties including and will be based at our head office in Kewdale, on a 6 month contract with possible extension:
* Assisting with recruitment; understanding the onboarding and mobilisation process requirements for each site across the business nationally
* Assist with onboarding/mobilisation process and queries
* Update recruitment tracker and save relevant documents to employee personnel files
* Coordinate logistics of assessment centres
* Set up new starters in our LMS for initial and ongoing training
* Reporting out of our recruitment and learning systems as required
* Opportunity to travel to sites if/when required
* General assistance to the PC&G department as required
ABOUT YOU
This role is more about attitude than experience. The role can be taught, however, requires someone with great interpersonal skills, clear communication, and high organisational capabilities. The demands of the role are ever-changing so the need to be fluid is a must. Ideally, you will possess:
* Experience in a similar role with sound knowledge of business practices
* Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
* Highly refined time management skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities
* Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven
* Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality
* Demonstrable experience as a valued team member with exceptional interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the mining industry is advantageous
