The Role
You will be responsible for the leadership and performance of a team of 7 property management professionals, ensuring best-practice service delivery and strong operational results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of 7 staff
* Developing and implementing effective property management strategies
* Monitoring KPIs and team performance to ensure targets are achieved
* Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one catch-ups
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
* Collaborating closely with the Principals to achieve broader business goals
* Reviewing, updating, and implementing policies, procedures, and operational programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader, Head of Department, or Office Manager within Property Management
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
* Strong knowledge of property management legislation and processes, including QCAT
* Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and performance management
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
