We are looking for a casual part-time medical receptionist to work in a busy practice in the Adelaide Hills Area
Key Skills and Abilities:
* Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft Software
* Experience in the medical receptionist field will be highly regarded
* Highly developed administrative skills in all aspects of office management
* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
* Multitasking and ability to prioritise a heavy workload
* Willing to learn new software and other work-related skills
* Flexible working hours (early morning, late afternoons and weekend mornings shifts are available)
* Good team player
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Honest, reliable, loyal and punctual
* Be empathetic towards vulnerable people, compassionate, caring, warm and a friendly person
* Must be COVID-19 double vaccinated
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Pay: $20,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
