The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Bid Coordinator to help tell our story and win impactful projects as we continue to pursue work that will power Australia's transition to clean energy. You'll be the driving force behind strategic, high-quality proposal submissions, collaborating with internal experts to craft content that aligns with client needs and showcases EPEC's innovative solutions. From initial planning to final submission, you'll support the bids and proposals lifecycle—ensuring every detail is polished, persuasive, and on point. You'll also manage our centralised library of templates, case studies, and past submissions, keeping content fresh, relevant, and ready to impress. Beyond the documents, you'll contribute to our collaborative culture—supporting meetings, engaging with the team, and helping us deliver proposals that reflect the excellence we bring to every project.

About You

The perfect candidate is proactive and detail-driven, ready to take ownership and thrive in an ever-changing, collaborative environment. To succeed, you'll ideally have:

* At least a year or two of experience in proposals, administration, business development, or a similar coordination role; other relevant experience will be considered.
* Understanding of quality proposals and tender submissions—ability to bring structure, clarity, and impact to every document.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal—capable of crafting clear, compelling content and collaborating across teams.
* Proficiency in document development tools, including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
* Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools and online tender platforms to streamline proposal development and submission processes.
* Collaborative interpersonal style to engage with various business units and form strong relationships across all levels; comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders to shape winning delivery solutions.
