About the role
The Primary & Community Health Manager is responsible for leadership, as well as managing the delivery of a range of comprehensive high quality multi-disciplinary Primary & Community Health Services, whilst meeting the health needs of the community in alignment with identified strategic directions, and principles of Primary Care.
This role manages a diverse community-based multidisciplinary team of Nurses and Allied Health Staff and is based at the newly redeveloped Mudgee Health Service, offering a modern & well equipped working environment.
