Supporting the Port Lincoln & Eyre Peninsula region, your role as our Agribusiness Relationship Manager is built on connection. You'll provide personalised, high-quality banking solutions to meet customers' needs and help grow their businesses, while contributing to the local community's prosperity.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and deliver win-win solutions while supporting Bendigo Bank's growth targets.
Proactively engage with the community to identify new business prospects and attract new agribusiness customers to the portfolio.
Partner with network stakeholders to develop and implement local engagement plans that benefit customers, communities, and Bendigo Bank.
Drive profitable growth for the local area by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and delivering measurable results.
Support the success of the state team by mentoring and developing the skills of Agribusiness, Business Banking and Retail colleagues across the region.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline
Ability to undertake travel and a current C class driver licence
Desirable / Preferred
Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles
Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets
Ability to think creatively to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions
