Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* This is a full-time position with regular morning and weekend shifts.
The successful candidate will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
* Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.
* Develop a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
* Supervise, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
Requirements:
* 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive, positive, attitude.
* Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous but not essential).
* Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
