Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales plans to deliver net revenue and profitability targets. They will also serve as the key communication link between Hasbro and buying teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze sales data, category insights, brand objectives, and customer strategies to support range, category, and SKU development.
* Prepare product submissions in conjunction with range review calendars.
* Monitor the marketplace environment to maintain market competitiveness in line with pricing policy.
* Work with retail marketing and customers to develop planograms and out-of-aisle layouts.
* Manage each product's lifecycle and recommend tactical investment or divestment decisions.
* Complete and submit product submission forms and FOB sheets.
* Maintain and update product information to ensure alignment and accuracy between Hasbro and customer systems.
* Assist in managing customer orders and ensure clear and succinct customer communication.
* Organize samples for buying teams to support new lines and promotional plans.
* Support the development of promotional plans aligned with customer and Hasbro objectives and marketing initiatives.
* Communicate promotional programs to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure timely ordering and delivery of orders and out-of-aisle activations according to customer timelines.
* Partner with store operations and customer marketing teams to deploy agreed promotional and marketing plans.
* Organize relevant assets and approvals required for marketing Hasbro brands and products.
* Administer claims processes.
* Partner with account managers to review and analyze sales and inventory performance to achieve financial KPIs.
* Assist buyers and merchandise teams with order planning and make recommendations for quantities to maximize in-stock positions and sales.
* Input and maintain accurate inventory forecasts within lead times to ensure supply flow.
* Liaise with supply chain teams to ensure full and on-time delivery of all orders.
* Partner with retail marketing to provide effective briefs to in-store merchandising teams.
* Attend customer meetings, circulate meeting minutes, and agree on actions.
* Rectify order management issues with customers.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a sales operations role within consumer goods sales or an FMCG or Mass Merchant retailer.
* Ability to build partnerships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to have commercial discussions and present with conviction.
* Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills to deliver across multiple activities and priorities.
* Aptitude for data analytics, reporting, and developing insights.
* Digital literacy, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.
