About the Role: Supporting Partners in the Projects and Corporate team at their Melbourne office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by: Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and responding to changing priorities. Managing monthly billing processes, including creation of pre-bills, editing and finalising. Coordinating internal and external appointments, including diary management for Partners. Organising national and international travel arrangements, including visa applications where required. Assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks as needed. Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and personably.
