About Our School
St Thomas More College is a Brisbane Catholic Education co‑educational secondary college catering for approximately 1,030 students. About The Opportunity
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling transactions and inquiries professionally.
- Assist with preparing orders and storing them in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Help maintain adequate stock levels to meet requirements, including ordering, receiving, storing and stocktakes.
- Assist with daily cleaning to ensure high standards of presentation and usability.
- Ensure stock is presentable and displayed appropriately.
About You
- Experienced barista and/or customer service experience with the ability to operate a coffee machine.
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of a café including equipment, counters, surrounding area and storage areas.
- Skilled in managing stock levels, ordering, receiving and conducting stocktakes.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders.
- Catholic affiliation is not required.

- Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
