We are excited to be working with a world-leading facilities management, engineering, and energy solutions company that ensures safe, successful, and sustainable outcomes, on time and on the budget for their partners based in Mulgrave.
**This is a fixed-term contract role for 6 months based in Sydney.**
This is a full time position visiting Bunnings storess across Sydney, facilitating training of cleaning equipment & guiding staff in best practice. Team sizes can vary from one on one training to groups of 20. Training may also take place online via Microsoft Teams.
In addition to this the role will involve developing and refining the training content /training aids to deliver continuous improvement across the team.
The days & hours of work for this position are Monday - Friday, 6AM - 3PM but there will need to be some flexibility depending on store requirements.
**The salary for this role is $90K + 10.5% Super. Please note all travel & accommodation costs are reimbursed.**
**What do you need to be successful?**
- **A Cert 4 in Training & Assessment is highly regarded but not essential**:
- Previous training & onboarding experience on a large scale
- Flexible & can work outside of core hours occasionally
- Ability to work towards detailed training plans & modules
- Prior experience faciliating traning sessions online
- Own car is essential
