Key Position: Applications Support Specialist
This role requires an experienced professional to work as part of a talented internal IT team, providing technical support for various applications that drive business operations.
* Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, .NET, SQL Server and SSRS.
* Developing strong database management skills using SQL.
* Gaining experience with C#, React/Angular/NodeJS as an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience supporting multiple applications, excellent communication skills, documentation skills, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for any knowledge gaps identified during the onboarding process.
