Role
* Lead the technical design and implementation of AI Co‑Workers from concept through production deployment.
* Translate real business constraints into scalable AI and engineering solutions.
* Own system architecture across models, orchestration logic, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
* Lead technical decision‑making for LLM usage, model selection, prompt design, evaluation, and monitoring.
* Guide AI Engineers through build, test, and release cycles.
* Partner closely with Engagement Leads to align technical execution with value delivery.
* Ensure engineering quality across performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
* Identify technical risks early and drive pragmatic solutions in ambiguous environments.
* Contribute hands‑on to critical parts of the build while enabling the team to move faster.
What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
* Proven leadership of a small to medium‑sized team to deploy products.
* Strong background in software engineering with applied AI or ML experience.
* Hands‑on experience with modern AI systems such as LLMs, learning models, or intelligent automation.
* Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and production architecture.
* Ability to reason about trade‑offs across accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, and delivery speed.
* Experience guiding or mentoring other engineers through complex builds.
* Comfort explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Bias toward ownership, learning, and shipping real systems.
* Curiosity about how AI systems behave in production, not just in theory.
