We are seeking a Change Manager to drive the end-to-end management of complex service model changes. This role is crucial for integrating and aligning multiple service models, ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our service models, navigating a complex environment with a wide variety of business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a Change Manager, you will:
* Lead Complex Change: Manage the entire change lifecycle for complex service models, working confidently with multiple levels of stakeholders from start to finish. You should be able to navigate a challenging environment that involves a wide array of business and IT groups.
* Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently lead stakeholder discussions and workshops. You will be responsible for educating stakeholders on change processes and ensuring they are prepared for the transition. Your ability to build strong relationships across the organisation is key.
* Integrate Service Models: Be adept at integrating multiple service models into a single, cohesive framework. This requires a strong understanding of complex operational environments and the ability to connect with diverse teams.
* Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and deliver end-to-end change transition plans. You will identify the required activities and the people needed to carry them out, ensuring all efforts are aligned with project goals.
* Collaborate and Co-Design: Work openly and transparently with project and operational teams to co-design effective change strategies.
* Support Project Teams: Guide project teams and managers on how to best integrate change management activities into their initiatives. You will help cultivate a culture of change readiness while mitigating potential risks.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing complex, end-to-end change. You should be confident in your ability to manage and educate a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring that service model integrations are successful. While experience in service models is a plus, your confidence and proven ability to deliver comprehensive change are the most critical factors.
