Australind Tourist Park is seeking a motivated and energetic experienced MANAGEMENT COUPLE to manage daily operations of our medium sized Tourist Park and Motel accommodation.
Together you must have exceptional approach to customer service and quality management, high level people skills and versatile maintenance/handyman skills. Industry experience is essential.
Our park set on 6.5 acres and has mixed accommodation consisting of:
Serviced Accommodation (motels, chalets, cabins)
Tourist Powered Sites
Permanent Residential Sites
The management team is responsible to uphold our excellent OTA ratings and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Our office is open 8am to 6pm 7 days per week with some after-hours calls.
As managers you must be prepared to live onsite and take full responsibility for all aspects of daily park operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
CUSTOMER SERVICE – Exceptional customer service and public relations applied to a variety of guests and residents.
BUILDINGS & GROUNDS – Maintain and continuously improve all aspects of the park including motel, cabins, ablutions, grounds, onsite water treatment plant and more. Proven hands-on maintenance, building and repairs experience is required.
Manage the office and complete all aspects of maintenance, housekeeping quality/cost standards, rental management agreements, staff leadership, compliance management, work health and safety and reporting to owner as required. Driver license essential and police clearance will be required upon recruitment. Experience with RMS is preferred but not essential.
