We are seeking a Chief Client Services Officer to lead this next phase with the role having accountability for clinical governance, service quality and performance during a critical period of aged care and disability sector reform.

* Lead with purpose at a pivotal time of reform, shaping high‐quality, person‐centred services that support older people and communities to remain connected, independent and thriving.
* Join an organisation on a strategic growth journey, where you will drive operational excellence, strengthen clinical and regulatory governance, and position LINK for the transition to Support at Home and evolving aged care and disability sector expectations.
