Our client is seeking their next NAE to join the business and develop themselves into future National Account Managers (NAM).
My client is a major player in the Baking, Snacking and Ingredients space in the Australian market with ownership of some of the most loved brands in Australia. They supply their products across the grocery, independents and foodservice channels and are looking for their next NAE to join and support the national accounts team to continue achieving ongoing and sustainable growth across the business.
To be successful in this role, you'll have an eagerness to learn, a "can do attitude" and a want to succeed whilst helping NAM's across the Independent, distributor and P&C channels.
**The role will include but won't be limited to**;
- Optimising product performance through data analysis, promotional submission completion and general administration
- provide sales forecasting, trade spend and systems management
- Execute all claims processing across the three channels
- Deliver financial targets relating to volume, net sales and gross margin contribution for major accounts.
- Use data analysis to identify and actively pursue ranging, sales, market share and profit improvement possibilities
- Maintain records of company and competitor distribution, ranging and pricing.
- Set up new products and maintain the product life cycle from inception to deletion
- Support the preparation of category and business review presentations.
- Effectively communicate across internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development promotional programs across all channels and regularly review their effectiveness.

**Your background;**
- Experience within an FMCG business
- Experience in a Sales, Category or Account Management role
- High competency in computer information systems
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand complex information
