I am looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who would be available to deliver a live medical centre refurbishment in Gladstone. This project will be undertaken in an operational environment, requiring strong planning, stakeholder coordination, and a high standard of safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of site activities, subcontractors, and tradesDelivery of works to programme, budget, and quality standardsManaging refurb works within a live medical environmentEnsure full WHS compliance, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and SWMSCoordination of inspections, approvals, and authority sign offsLiaison with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representativesQuality assurance, defect management, and handover coordination
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or fit out projectsExperience working in live environments, ideally medical or healthcareStrong knowledge of WHS and site compliance requirementsAbility to manage tight programmes and staged handoversExcellent communication and subcontractor coordination skillsPROCORE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
