8/6 roster, day shift only.About YouMaintain a skills matrix for the processing team and continually monitor and coordinate training requirements of all operators to ensure skills requirements are met.Identify individual training needs and develop applicable training plans.Review and maintain a relevant and up to date induction and training program for all processes.Develop and maintain training and assessment tools ensuring training materials are in line with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.Coordinate, facilitate, and support face-to-face area specific training and compliance and conduct relevant area orientations for all new personnel.Review in conjunction with HSE, relevant company inductions to ensure currency and relevancy of material pertaining to Processing.Why Join Us?
