With over 250 stores across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Recent Zealand, they are now seeking a talented Retail Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join their teams at their Malvern and Richmond stores.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, your duties will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and orders.
- Upselling products and services to meet customer needs.
- Performing skilled shoe and leather repairs on a variety of items, including shoes, belts, and bags.
- Cutting keys and duplicating remotes for cars, garages, and homes.
- Engraving personalized messages on gifts and pet tags.
- Conducting watch services, such as battery replacements, pressure testing, and band adjustments.
