Your new role: In this role, you will support and deliver complex operational projects associated with the QEII Hospital expansion. Reporting to the Principal Project Lead, you will apply contemporary project management methodologies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with service, workforce and infrastructure requirements. You will: * Provide operational leadership for the Room Service on Demand project * Support planning and delivery of projects of significant scope and complexity * Develop operational commissioning plans, project plans and supporting registers * Lead readiness activities including workforce planning, training and orientation * Contribute to operational briefs, models of care and service delivery frameworks About you: You are a highly organised and adaptable project professional who thrives in complex health environments. You bring strong operational insight, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring: * Demonstrated experience delivering operational or infrastructure-related projects * Strong project management capability, including planning, risk and reporting * High-level written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver milestones to tight timeframes * Experience working within government or health service environments (desirable) Check out our quick tips and application essentials! About us: The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine. We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need.
