The Role
This job plays a vital part in daily CDC site management, overseeing logistics, security, maintenance and general upkeep through administrative tasks.
You will collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure secure facility operations. The position involves coordinating scheduling/administrative duties and offering hands-on site assistance (50/50 ratio) to maintain uninterrupted data centre operation.
* Ensure compliance with approved work plans by performing regular inspections, maintaining building standards.
* Manage activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and security protocols, adhering to emergency and health regulations.
* Supervise the presentation and upkeep of facilities, ensuring caretakers adhere to company policy.
* Cooperate with the Operations team to enforce security measures and standards within facilities.
* Inspect areas for repair or renovation, coordinating access for clients, guests and contractors.

* Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
* Proven experience in scheduling meetings or bookings.
* Confident computer user with Microsoft Office skills.
* Demonstrated Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management or Security Management experience is highly desirable.
Requirements
Australian citizenship and NV1 Security Clearance eligibility is necessary.
